Q1.Not able to feeding the filament.

A:Please check filament has flat cutting at the top, if it not, cut it flat. Or, check filament feeding hole whether there is fracture inside.

Q2.No melted filament discharge by nozzle ?

A: 1. Check extruder ( nozzle ) temperature 2. Filament feeding is operating correctly 3. Nozzle was clogging 4. Nozzle has not clean well.

Q3. Filament does not discharge when printing process.

A: Check extruder ( nozzle ) temperature 2. Filament feeding is operating correctly 3. Nozzle was clogging 4. Nozzle has not clean well. 5. Constantly use vary filaments for printing.

Q4. Prints can not uproot from the build platform.

A : Use tweezers or stationary knife to move prints at bottom little by little and break the supports if these are linked with prints.

Q5. Prints can not uproot either by of tweezers or stationary knife

A: Please check whether there is pre-heating option can be used and heating the bed at the 50 degree. Pre-heating build platform can be found whether it is connected with wires at the bed, if no wires that means the printer does not supports pre-heating.

Q6. Prints was out of shape when use PLA or uproot from the build platform

A : Build platform temperature has to control under 60 degree, temperature over the its range will affects the printing quality and even if out of shape.

Q7. Prints was separated from the build platform when process printing.

A : Please check build platform was leveled correctly, in terms of nozzle and build platform wasn’t leveled correctly the printing task could be failed.

Q8. Printing object is not in correct dimension

A : 1. Check the object’s dimension is correctly transferred after conversion
2. Check printing object is in inch or mm
3. Select the correct 3D printer model no.
